Roundtable Webinar – Recording Available: Every brand knew that 2022 was going to be challenging. The ‘big shift’ to online-shopping looked complete and we started the year with the same supply chain and inflationary pressures we finished 2021 with. Then Russia invaded.
The invasion not only further increased supply and inflation pressures, but it also had an immediate impact on consumer demand. Overall activity levels immediately dropped on both Amazon and DTC sites. Demand has recovered somewhat, but all brands need to rethink their 2022 digital plans and find more creative ways to build and grow their presence brand on both Amazon and their direct sites.
